Everyone on their team is super professional, responsive, and knows how to handle big groups like ours. I wanted to write a review because Charter Bus Company Idaho Falls was awesome! We booked a bus for our company retreat to Sun Valley and everything went perfectly. The bus was clean, comfortable, and had great AC. Our driver, Tim, was professional and super friendly. Customer service was responsive and booking was easy. I would definitely use them again!
